Andy began his own independent company because Realtors and Brokers required something more than the common paper-pushing TC was offering. Our goal is to assist Agents and their clients throughout the course of the escrow, beyond just managing paperwork but assisting in managing the escrow as a reliable and personal source for your clients. During the time we’re in escrow, your clients will feel that we are apart of your team and someone that’s dependable.
TC-360 is able to offer many customized services that fit Agents and their clients needs whether they’re first-time home buyers, investors, or purchasing commercial property. Being able to provide an array of services allows my Agents to focus on doing what they do best; assist Buyers and Sellers on the field. With over 10 years of Real Estate administrative support, we can handle any type of escrow.
To benefit our Agents TC-360 does not keep standard office hours (as most TC’s do) when you have a late-night request, or something comes up on the weekend, and we're available, we will always assist!

ABOUT ANDY
With more than 15 years of multi-faceted experience in the real estate industry, Andy brings a unique and well-rounded approach to Transaction and Escrow Coordination. He studied international business and pre-law at Vanguard University, and has been immersed in the California Real Estate industry since 2005. He has occupied virtually every position in the industry since his first job working with a property management company in high school. Since then, he has served the industry as a loan processor, Realtor, and in several managerial roles, where he successfully managed and trained 10+ person teams, oversaw multiple branches, and maintained targets as the head of operations.
Andy is a CAR certified transaction coordinator, and has worked for top producers across the state with great success. He is passionate about bringing quality customer service to all of his fellow Realtors and their clients.
In his spare time, Andy loves to spend as much time as possible outside. He enjoys daily runs on the beach, hikes whenever he can, and is always searching for the best playlist to pair with the sunset. When he’s not outside, you’ll most likely find him in the kitchen, sipping on a Pinot and making pasta and bread from scratch. He loves traveling, and enjoys spending as much time as he can abroad while visiting family in Rome and taking historical wine tours in Italy. When he’s done traveling, his dream is to incorporate his appreciation for design with his experience in real estate and begin flipping houses across Southern California!
